How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


We ask that you try to reschedule an appointment as soon as you can, but in the event of an emergency, a 48 hour notice would be great.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


No there is no cancelation fee, we understand things happen.




Do we clean window tracks?


We wipe tracks down after we clean the window, but for an additional fee we will completely clean the tracks of the windows with a toothbrush.




Do we use a truck mount to clean carpets?


Yes we use a truck mounted unit. Our main method of carpet cleaning is hot water extraction.




How long does it take for the carpets to dry after the clean?


The dry time of the carpet varies depending on size of the area, the type of carpet, and how dirty it was. As a general rule of thumb, it should take somewhere between 6 and 14 hours to completey dry, but you can walk on it as soon as we finish cleaning it.




Do we pressure wash roofs.


No, we do not pressure wash roofs.




How do we clean gutters?


We scoop the debis from the gutters into piles and then pick it up and place it in buckets. This avoids getting your property super dirty and messy.




Do we flush downspouts?


Yes, we flush downspouts with a hose after we clean the gutters.




Do we remove moss from roofs?


Yes we do, we also apply moss out as well.

Cancellation Policy

We would ask that if you would like to cancel or reschedule that you try to give us at least a 48-hour notice, but the sooner the better.
